Festival of Parties

The League holds multiple fundraising events throughout the year. These fundraisers are known as our Festival of Parties (FOP). Each "party" is a unique opportunity to enjoy the best venues, food, wine and music that Sonoma County has to offer.

Some are held in lovely private homes and gardens. Our ongoing theme is "Let's Play so They Can Play." The proceeds of all our fundraisers are presented to the Santa Rosa Institute for Music Education.

We invite you to participate in all these events.

All proceeds support the Santa Rosa Symphony institute for Music Education in our schools, including:
  • Free Concerts for Youth which reach 12,000 elementary school students annually
  • Summer Music Academy for three weeks each summer for students ages 5 - 18
  • Classical Music in the Classroom - listening programs and in-school performances
  • Four Youth Ensembles who train and perform throughout the year
  • Simply Strings, a Systema-style program to teach violin to underserved elementary children
  • Adopt-a-School - chosen schools are afforded all the Symphony's programs, free of charge
